Welcome email #3
Hello!
As I mentioned in my email to you yesterday, I want you to have the best insurance experience possible. These new client welcome emails are so important!.
I know that you are experienced and know a lot about insurance. That said, please take the time to read each of these emails thoroughly and consider taking the action that I ask you to take. If you read these emails thoroughly and if you apply them, you will help prevent problems for yourself.
For this email, I have five important tips for you as we start this insurance relationship together. If you follow these tips, you will have an insurance experience that is more smooth, and you can save money and time, too.
Tip 1: If you get a letter or an email from your insurance company, make sure that you read it
I know that you get a lot of junk mail. We all do. If you ever get a letter/email from your insurance company, please make sure to read it and take action accordingly. Many problems with insurance policies can be prevented if you read each letter/email from the insurance company. Sometimes, a problem with an insurance policy will arise and the policyholder is notified and the insurance agency is not notified. It is just so important that you read all emails and letters from the insurance company immediately and take action accordingly. Remember that we are here for you if you have any questions or if you need anything. Remember, we are here for you if you have any questions or if you need anything.
Tip 2: If something happens and if you want to file a claim, call us first
When you make an insurance claim, it will usually cause your insurance rates to increase in the future. If something happens and if you think that you should file an insurance claim, call us first. We will give you guidance. This can help you keep your insurance rates down over time.
Tip 3: In the future, call us if you ever want to “shop around”
We represent many insurance companies. We have access to the best insurance rates available. If you ever want to see what is out there, please call us. We want to do what it takes to be your insurance agency for as long as you live in Colorado. It is also easier for you to do it this way. Remember, there are many misleading insurance advertisements out there.
Tip 4: Tickets make your auto insurance go up
Tickets affect your auto insurance premiums for three to five years. Some of our auto insurance companies will sell you “violation forgiveness” coverage, so that a ticket will not affect you if you get one, but this is expensive and it is placing a bet that you will get a ticket. Be aware of your weaknesses as a driver and work on them. If you tend to speed or run stop signs, work on this so that you will not speed at the wrong time and get a ticket. If you get a ticket and if you think that you are innocent, it could pay off to show up in court to fight the ticket. A “reduced” ticket will still affect your auto insurance. The ticket must be completely thrown out.
Tip 5: If you don’t understand a coverage, call us
We want you to understand the coverages on your insurance policy. We are Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Provider for home and auto insurance because we have “the heart of a teacher.” If you want to know if something would be covered, or if you are looking at your paperwork and if you want to know what something means, don’t guess, just call us.
Tip 6: Personal property sub-limits for certain types of property, including: jewelry, art, collectibles, collections, firearms, etc.
Every homeowners insurance policy has specific coverage limits, or “sub-limits,” for specific types of personal property. For example, your personal property coverage might be $200,000, but there be might be a “sub-limit” for a specific type of personal property that you might have. For example, the jewelry sub limit might be $1,500. You need to look at the sub-limits on the insurance policy and compare that to the property that you own, and you will be able to know if we need to increase coverage for you for any specific sub limits.
Thank you for reading these five tips. Stay tuned to our email tomorrow.
