Hello!!
We look forward to being able to serve you for a very long time. This email is going to answer two important questions.
What do I do when I need to make a change on an insurance policy or if I have a question:
We have a customer service team at Ullrich Insurance that is here to serve you. If you go onto the “Meet the Team” page on our website, you will see a picture of everyone on the team. We are blessed to have some amazing team members….and we are here to serve YOU!
If you need anything, you have three options:
Option 1: Email our service manager Hannah at hannah@ullrichinsurance.com
Option 2: Call our office at 303-425-7568
Option 3: Fill out a form at www.ullrichinsurance.com.
Now could be a good time for you to save our contact information in your phone.
What do I do if I want to file an insurance claim?
If you have an insurance claim on your hands or think that you might have an insurance claim, call our office. We can give you guidance. You will eventually need to call the insurance company’s claims department so that a claims adjustor can take care of your claim. It is a good idea to call us first, though. We are happy to help you anytime.

PS: I know that it sounds obvious that if you need something, you can give us a call. I just wanted to make it more clear. Too often, clients will not call us before they file a claim. We can often make the process go much smoother if you call us first.
